Annual Boiler Servicing
While it's not a legal requirement for gas appliances to be serviced it is recommended that all gas appliances be serviced every 12 months as per the manufacturers instructions for safe operation and to maintain any warranty your gas appliance may have. Servicing your boiler also keeps it running efficiently and allows you to catch any potential faults before you are left with no heat and hot water! Don't wait until you have a problem!
What do I service?
Wall Mounted Boilers
Everything from combi boilers to heat only boilers and water heaters. A boiler service includes a safety check, checks for wear and tear and a boiler clean along with testing of the flue gasses for efficiency and safety.
Back Boilers
Back boilers are actually two appliances in one consisting of a front facing fire and the back boiler located in the chimney breast. Both appliances will need to be serviced and checked for safety as they are classed as one appliance.
Gas Fires
Testing your gas fire to ensure everything works efficiently and safely, it will also be checked for operation as well as the flue checking to make sure there is no risk of carbon monoxide.

Floor Standing Boilers
These relics of the past can be a bit daunting for most engineers but I have years of experience dealing with these boilers, I'll disassemble, service and check these appliances for safety.
